Senior Sales Engineer
The major goal of sales phase is to actively identify and cultivate leads. Open and develop the projects pipeline as long as provide customers with a compelling offer that exactly fits their needs. For its creation not only sales but also requirements engineering activities take place
Roles and Responsibilities
- Contacting new / potential customers and developing relationship
- Meet customers, introduce TeleTech and its services, send out introductory letters and make routine follow up to generate enquiries.
- Regularly follow up with customers to convert proposals to orders
- Process orders including final costing, supplier orders and coordinate with logistics and the technical team on issues relating to delivery, installation and project completions
- Routinely meeting customers to address any issues related to delivery and installation
- Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through timely projects completion, professionalism and efficiency
- Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasting and other routine reports on a timely basis and as requested from time to time by Sales Manager.
- Ensure good relations are maintained with customers, suppliers and all members of staff at all levels
- Manage the presentations, seminars and leading technical meetings with clients.
- Assist in the identification and development of new channel partners in the territory
- Develop and manage relationships with customers’ and partners’ technical staff
- Managing product evaluations and developing adoption plans.
- Good organization skills with the ability to multi task and priorities under pressure.
- Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by their supervisor.
Education and Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (communication & Electronics). Or a relevant education.
- MS office especially Excel & SharePoint is must.
- Minimum of 3 years Sales experience in Low Current Security & MEP Systems
- Possess thorough understanding of gross margin, costing and budgeting.
- Must possess strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation abilities.
