Founder and Chairman of TeleTech. He brings over four decades of industry experience and leadership to his role.
His tenure includes serving as President of Lucent Technologies Egypt and Vice President of the Middle East,
overseeing operations and business development.
Notable achievements include executing the multi-billion-dollar TEP6 project in Saudi Arabia and the multi-million-dollar Golden Pyramid contract with Telecom Egypt. He served as a member of the Board of the Smart Village Company and held the prestigious position of Chairman of EiTESAL.
Ayman El Hemaily - CEO, Chief Executive Officer
Our CEO, he is a seasoned industry leader with over 15 years of invaluable experience in project management and sales. His remarkable achievements include securing billions worth of projects, earning him industry-wide recognition and accolades.
As a prominent board member of the Chamber of Information Technology & Telecommunication (CIT), Eng. El Hemaily plays a pivotal role in shaping industry standards and driving innovation. With his visionary leadership, TeleTech continues to thrive in delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients nationwide.
Abdel Fatah Mostafa - COO, Chief Operation Officer
Our Project Management Director. He brings over four decades of telecommunications and data networking expertise. Eng. Abdel Fatah’s leadership has been vital in executing multi-million-dollar projects, meeting clients’ evolving needs. Prior to TeleTech, he served as an OSP Manager at Lucent Technologies, honing his project management skills.
Eng. Abdel Fatah oversees project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and top-notch quality. His commitment to excellence and results-driven approach make him a cornerstone of TeleTech’s success.
Ahmed Awad - CFO, Chief Financial Officer
Our CFO. He brings over two decades of finance and accounting expertise to TeleTech. His diverse skill set includes financial accounting reporting, auditing, budgeting, and international financial accounting. Prior to TeleTech, Ahmed served as Credit Controller at Nokia Siemens Networks, gaining invaluable experience in financial operations.
As a CFO, Ahmed ensures sound financial management, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance, driving TeleTech’s financial success and sustainability with his expertise and leadership.
Noha El Rakhawy - CHRO, Chief Human Resources Officer
Our HR Director. She brings a wealth of experience and expertise. With a Civil Engineering degree from Ain Shams University and an MBA from the AUC, her diverse background uniquely positions her in human resource management.
As an HR Director, Ms. Noha oversees TeleTech’s human capital, ensuring strategic talent management for over 200 employees. She also serves as a board member for TeleTech, Quantech, and the Cairo Center for Commercial Centers and Real Estate Development.
